This month was a mix of travel, work, tiny lessons, and some really good moments. So I thought, why not share honestly how the month actually went, with all wins and lessons!!

So here we go…

Wins That Made Me Smile This Month

  • Got my first payment in finance ( a completely new domain)

  • Converted an inbound lead in the D2C space and started working immediately within a week.

  • One of my newsletter editions (“Freelancing to Full-Time”) received the highest views ever; I can’t express the feeling in words because it really means a lot.

  • Gained 2 more subscribers and good comments.

  • Received a testimonial.

  • Earned recognition from Viraj sir in one of his sessions— “Banner of the Day” (a VERY big deal for me), you can check my LinkedIn banner and take the inspiration, hihi 🙈

  • Pitched a reputable website for a guest post and got a yes. Waiting for the topic.

Some of them could be small, a few big, but they all matter.

What did I do This Month?

Apart from work:

  • Interviewed a lot of people for one of my finance projects and learned so much about collecting SME insights

  • Connected with some genuinely amazing people through those interviews ( will share separately about them on LinkedIn)

  • Attended two sessions by Viraj sir and picked up new ways to build a strong SaaS portfolio, and he is one of the reasons behind my #30 days SaaS Writing Challenge

  • Stayed consistent on LinkedIn even while travelling

  • Stayed consistent on X, started posting daily “what I did today” updates

  • Spent a really good family time in my hometown and learned some new items to make

  • Travelled a LOT (and I loved it)

No, I did not write a “post from the airport” this time, but yeah, from the station😭

What’s My 30-Day SaaS Writing Challenge??

I’ve been wanting to go deeper into SaaS writing. The domain is new for me, but that’s exactly why I want to take this challenge.

The plan:

  • 30 days

  • 30 topics

  • 1 article every 2 days

  • Publish on Medium/Substack

  • Share a summary post on LinkedIn and tag niche experts

The goal:To build a strong SaaS writing portfolio and understand how to write better while improving every single day with the fundamentals.

I shared this on LinkedIn, too, but this edition has the full version.

What I’m Picking Up Again?

  • Reading (fell off track last month)

  • Spanish — I’m resuming it slowly, will share an update on X and LinkedIn, maybe.

  • Have a trip planned for this month, so will travel again. No idea — how I’ll balance everything: work, deadlines, and this challenge. Ahhh..

What I’m Still Figuring Out

Still understanding my client’s domain — it’s new, it’s different, but I’m getting there slowly, reading the stuff and understanding their USP, actually.

This month wasn’t perfect, but it was full of people, work, lessons, mistakes, and moments that felt grounding.

And now, the challenge begins — 30 days of SaaS Writing. Follow me on LinkedIn for more updates, or DM me to join the challenge.

Note: You can also join the group til the Sunday evening only. If you do, come prepared with at least 5 or 10 SaaS topics to share in the group. If you are interested, reply to this newsletter or DM me.

In my upcoming editions, I will share updates about how the challenge is going.

Btw, I’m still figuring out whether I’ll be able to make it, but I want to focus on execution more than results. So let’s see how it goes, will try my best to complete it. (open to any advice or suggestion if you are already established in this space or have been there)

Also Check:

I’m listing topics for my newsletter and thinking of making a calendar—let me know if you want me to cover something specific; I‘d love to do that.

See you next Saturday,

Take care 👋
