Helloooo lovely people,
How have you been?? But if you’re in Delhi, then I know exactly what you must be feeling. These rainy days have become common now. And the worst part is, this time I got affected by these monsoon…fever, cold, cough, huhh!
Hope you are fit and healthy.
Then cut the chase and let’s get straight to the topic.
Today, we are going to talk about visibility! something that is non-negotiable and matters the most if you want to attract or land good opportunities and build your personal brand.
The more visible you're, the more people/clients will noitce you...and the more you'll attract the opprtunities.
What does being visible mean?
Being visible means showing up where your clients are looking for you. If you’re building on LinkedIn, then show up there; if on Twitter, then be visible there.
Visibility brings so many benefits, like:
You need fewer efforts to market yourself
You attract good opportunities and clients
You get more engagement, which makes you reach the right people
People start remembering you
How can I increase my visibility?
Many people are stuck here not because they don’t know how to be visible, but because they don’t know how to be without putting in more effort.
Although putting less effort might help, not putting any effort could be alarming here.
So what exactly can one do to be visible with a little less effort?
If you're building your personal brand or starting your freelance business then putting effforts should not be something you escape off. But if you're doing so then simply you're no serious as simple as that.
Alright, let me share some tips from my personal experience that I follow, and you can also do.
Showing up on your targeted platform, be it LinkedIn or Twitter
Spend at least an hour to engage with posts
Find some value-added, meaningful, or informative posts and engage with them
Try to comment under your ICP posts, target audience, founders/marketers/strategists in your niche, or people in your domain
If you see someone hiring and think you might have a potential collaboration later, or want to market yourself effortlessly, then drop your genuine interest to work with them along with your sample. They might not hire you, but the COMMENT section works wonders here. You might not be aware that many people get hired from the way they drop a comment. And who knows if YOU could be the next one.
Although it doesn’t matter how many times you post, but the more you post→the more you’re visible→ the more people will notice you→ the more opportunities you’ll attract
Divide your time into parts if you struggle with showing up consistently
Share your work, your results, or share something from your personal life, or anything about your work or your expertise or niche you’re interested in. A story, a lesson, or anything→because being vulnerable builds trust here, and people resonate with your story

These are my latest profile views (somehow lower this week as I wasn’t so active due to my health). And you know the interesting part? The major viewers are from the homepage only.

You know what this means?
It means that I’m more visible through comments and by engaging with posts, so people are noticing me.
Most connections or requests also come from my comments only.
How??
Because of the energy and intent of engagement that people notice in my comments.
Again, I’m not an expert or great LinkedIn creator or LinkedIn coach, but I’m sharing everything from my experience that’s working for me.
Because the place is so crowded with people bragging about themselves instead of those who are being honest about their success, sharing something to learn and grow.
Well, that’s it for this time, because I’m still recovering and my eyes can’t take more than that.
The goal was to deliver this week's edition, so I'm trying to do the same.
So, I hope you had a good read and found something useful in this newsletter. After all, the goal is to share and learn to grow with each other.
Still, if you have any questions related to this topic, my DMs are always open.
Also, share this newsletter with someone who you think might need this!
And yes, take care of yourself because the weather is clearly not suitable for anyone.
See you in the next edition on an interesting topic→ The right way of commenting under your connection posts.
